OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing)

This refers to the system on which a company makes subsystems or parts that are used by other companies to make the end product.

ODM (Original Development Manufacturing)

This refers to the system on which a company designs and builds a product in line with another company’s specifications. Under ODM, we take responsibility for the whole process such as manufacturing, developing and quality management with our own technology and know-how.
